like i said before you can always request anything to be tataki (part cook), or Ozu (cook) style
fried shrimp
fried octopus (soooooo gooood)
Sorry thats all i can think of i love raw sushi. Some nigiri can be cooked but it depends on what restaurant you go too. And some restaurants have a cooked section on their menu. If you get brave enough try spicy tuna its to die for.

Sashimi and sushi, cooked or uncooked, is delicious. What is the fear of raw? Raw tuna has the texture of prime rib and a flavor like nothing else. It’s not guts and poop sacs you’re eating, but muscle, just like with beef, chicken, and pork.

nigiri is the fish put onto of a dollop of rice
sushi is also known as "rolls" or maki rolls
COOKED:

sliced thin ginger is also served. this is somewhat sweet.

If you ask the sushi chef to sear the fish during preparation, they’ll usually adhere. They have flame torches behind the bar. So, choose anything!
