    Many people don’t know about hand rolls and how versatile they are. Making them at a sushi party with a few good friends is tons of fun I agree! Its not really a party more like 2 or 3 couples came over my house and my wife and I provided the ingredients and they brought the sake. We had a lot of fun even though I as the only white man was awful at making it haha (my wife is japanese and most of our friends are japanese and/or chinese). Oh well thats why we learn :)

    this is so wrong almost all of the howcast vid with this guy is mostly wrong ex. this vid and california outsider roll video… the fish/crab have to be shreaded or diced and flavored with correct seasonings like a bit of lime/lemon juice or something for the california roll u have to shread the fake crab meat and mix it with a bit of mayo – just sayin =P
