Where can I find a steak in the grocery store to cook like the steak found at Benihana’s?

I printed the recipe from benihana’s website so that I can cook the hibachi or regular steak, the problem is there are so many different kinds of steak out there I don’t know which one to buy. Does anyone have some guidance on this?

If you have gone to the trouble of visiting their website I find it odd they didn’t include the cut of steak in the recipe.

  1. I think Rib eyes are the best steaks out there for the money.

The most flavor, some fat, and not too expensive. Good for a beginning cook.
