    No worries. I also love my pasta, but for me, more sauce for that much pasta would be the go but, each to their won.

    You are right, I did serve alot of pasta!
    Most of the time I serve up, I am serving my own dinner.
    I was feeling pretty hungry by the time I had served the food.

    Great stuff… that’s almost exactly how I make mine! Tastes fantastic!

    I probably put in a little bit more carrot… I think if the carrots and onions are fried a bit more then they caramelise a bit and increase the sweetness, but I don’t have a very sweet tooth anyway!

    It always tastes richer and better the next day too, if you have a bit left and reheat it.
