How italian cultures effect their food choice?

Effect Italians food choices.

If you could help me out with any of these, that would be AMAZING.♥

Honestly I don’t know what you mean by this but my family is Italian and I have never seen them cook certain foods depending on most of those things you listed. I do know that they cook speacial foods around christmas and easter and also st. joseph’s day. My mom’s family is Sicilian and my dad’s family is from Abruzzo which is farther north, ive noticed how one side cooks and speaks slightly different from the other but not anything drastic.
