Attention Italians and italian food lovers!: How can I make bubba’s spaghetti?

I had this amazing spaghetti made by an old friends italian grandmother. It had pork, chicken, and beef with spaghetti. Does anyone know this recipe? I would love to make it for my fiance. Please help!!!

I had a recipe like this one, but there are many different versions of this dish.
I just take my pork, chicken, and beef chunks and cook the outsides of the meat in a pan with oil to get a good crust, but don’t cook it through. Just about 5 minutes on each side.

Then I take the meats out and they just wait off on a plate.

A take a sauce pot and make my sauce (mine has oregano, basil, salt & pepper, crushed tomato, a sprinkle of sugar, canned tomato sauce OR rague, and water.) I give this a stir and bring to a boil, then I turn it on low and add in my meats. They braze for about an hour on low (check internal temp. with a thermometer) and then take the meat out onto a plate again. Pull apart with forks. Add back into sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

I serve over linguine.

Pork, chicken, and beef with spaghetti? Why don’t you put also some fish, marmalade and coffee?
In Italy spaghetti is a first course by itself, you don’t have to add much meat. Just add a sauce.
Pork, chicken or beef are taken as a second course, with polenta or bread, and vegetables.
There are many sauces you may add to spaghetti.
The simplest is made of tomato, olive oil, and grated parmesan cheese. You may add to that basil, sage, bits of pork underbelly (i.e. non-smoked bacon), powdered chili pepper, chopped onions.
Another sauce for spaghetti is made of mushrooms, parsley, olive oil, and parmesan cheese. We name it "alla cacciatora", that means "hunter-style".
Another sauce for spaghetti is made of minced meat, olive oil, and parmesan cheese. We name it "ragù", that means "meat sauce".
The sauce with minced pork and beef, tomato, onion, and olive oil is typical of Bologna, so we name it "ragù alla bolognese" (that means "Bologna-style meat sauce").
Other sauces for spaghetti is made of sea food. We name them "alla marinara", that means "sailor-style".
And there are many other options for the sauce, but always with olive oil or butter, and, except when sea food is added, always with grated parmesan cheese.

You need to buy a pack of spaghetti, a small jar of your favorite sauce, a small plastic bag of grated parmesan cheese.
To cook them you need to boil in salted water 80 grams of spaghetti per person until you can cut them with a fork. Strain them. At last add the sauce and the parmesan cheese.
