    Congratulations on the birth of your son. You are inspiring lots of mamas-to-be towards natural childbirth, which is wonderful. There seems to be too much of it, but medical interventions, when truely necessary, are life-saving tools that we can be thankful for. (I think they are overused and so get a bad reputation.) But it sounds like in your case, interventions saved a life.

I am almost 38 weeks pregnant and it looks like our homebirth won’t be happening as planned. I am thankful for your healthy baby! Hope you are feeling well and adjusting to motherhood.
