    They didn’t really …
    They didn’t really “buy” Miyazaki, they just distribute what they can to the US market. Remember Mononoke (I spell’d wrong) is distributed by miramax, and there are tons of other Miyazaki films that we may never see in English. Yes Disney is a flatulant tirant of a company. But they don’t control Ghibli and they don’t control Pixar, and they don’t control me.
    So cheer up mr frowny pants.

    yeah.. this movie is wat really started it all for me, i used to mispronounce anime ALL THE TIME wen i searched it on the internet, i searched Kiki one night and it brought me to a page with a whole bunch of different animes, so i watched some and now im obsessed xDD
