How much should grocery delivery drivers receive for a tip?

For the past 3 years, I have worked as a grocery delivery driver in a very wealthy town. We usually have the same customers every week, I make about 10-15 deliveries per day. Some customers tip $1, some $5, and some tip NOTHING. We do not charge a delivery fee. The orders are often between $100-$400, which can translate to 4-5 trips with heavy boxes.

How much do you think these people should tip? And is it wrong to say something to someone who stiffs me week after week?

Tipping rate is usually 5-10% of the cost of the item/service purchased.
