I want start food delivery service by preparing at home. What is the formalities for getting licence and tin n?

I dont have budget to start restaurant in commercial building. So i want prepare it in my home and i ll do delivery on orders. Is it illegal?

Check with your local health department … they will be either at city hall or the county courthouse.
