What do they call Chinese food in China? Is it actually called chinese food or just food?

Over here in the good ole USofA we call it chinese food. What do they call the same stuff in China?

Of course food why would they call it chinese food. We call it Chinese because we want to differentiate it.That’s how we call food from any other country by the country’s name.

    They just call it food. They probably call american food "american food."
