I received my last paycheck almost immediately, but had to wait awhile to get my two weeks severance check. Are they allowed to take out medical, dental, life insurance, disability on my SEVERANCE check? I understood all that on my last paycheck, but it doesn’t make sense to me on the severance check. Please let me know if this is legit. I really need to deposit this check to pay rent, but I don’t want to if they are doing something wrong.

Yes, they can. Severance is often considered time worked, so you are technically still covered during the severance period and normally will still be expected to pay your share. It only becomes an issue if you have a denied claim during that period (rare).

if you do not have the tools the only thing left is to take it to a shop and let them remove it for you . or if you have friends that have Tools that will let you use them and there help maybe you can get it out that way

There are two G.I. Bills, one is the Mongomery and then the second is the post-911.
The Mongomery allows you 36 months of schooling by providing aprox. 1300 a month while you are in school full time.
The Post 911 can be given to your spouse/child and will pay for a university level school.as well as providing BAH
They will take out 100 dollars for 12 months
You may use it after serving 3 AD years, if you serve less you only recieve a percentage of it.

Well – you may wish you’d provided more information before you take action on what was suggested here….

Acetone IS the solvent found in most nail polish removers. And it IS a solvent – it will strip furniture finishes, paint, and ‘bleach stain’ most fabrics.
Acetone can be found anywhere paint is sold, by the way.

IF you are using this on your hands – you’ll find that the acetone dries the skin out pretty quickly. (Which is why polish removers have the other ingredients, hehe). You can wash your hands, and then apply a skin lotion to relieve the dryness.

Oh, and remember, solvents are flammable – I’d really suggest that wherever they are being used, there are no open flames, sparks, lit cigarettes, etc – or you’re going to be doing more than just removing a little polish, hehehe.

I’ve seen way too many use nail polish without really thinking about the product they are using. Too often it gets spilled on furniture, fabric, or carpeting – at which point, the only options is usually to replace it, or if furniture – refinish it.
Laminate countertops are safe to work on as long as you stay away from the seam. Get any acetone, or polish remover into the seam, and the laminate will start to come unglued. Another good idea is to spread a bit of 6 mil thick plastic sheeting out to work on, to catch any spills. I advise against placing the bottle of polish on a cushioned surface, where it can be easily knocked over.

sounds to me like youre not bleeding enough for a tampon? that could be why it broke apart. if youre not in any unusual pain other than cramps and you used a condom with your partner then id assume youre alright. you could see a doctor if it doesnt get better, just to be safe
