When I was in Spain they had an equivalent to the old traditional French bistro; blackboard menu, simple decor, communal wine jug, regional cuisine. It looked exactly like a bistro but wasn’t called that. We call it bar or taberna. "Café" is more for having coffee, tea, biscuits and such things.
I want it to be something catchy and fun. Something that is appealing to ladies ranging in age from 21 up to my grandmother’s age. Heels or Wheels? Lipstick cafe? A kiss on cheek is better than nothing at all? Dish the Truth?
