Is breakfast really the most important meal of the day?

Lots of people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and lots of people say that its not! I dont even have breakfast, should i?

I’ve heard it keeps your metabolism up, your brain will function better, your energy level will be higher… among others. I think it’s a personal choice when all is said and done. For me, the most imprtant meal of the day is the one I enjoy the most. : )

  1. Don’t eat when you’re not hungry.
    I know people who eat breakfast and they’re still fat asses. It doesn’t make a difference.

  3. You should, because it gives you a good start to the day, lunch is not really important, and dinner, if you want to lose weight don’t eat it, but if you don’t have brekky you have a higher possibility of get sick, missing one of two days is alright but long time is really bad for you

    Having breakfast will supply your brain with the carbs it needs to focus and concentrate and keep your mood stable throughout the day.

    Plus, your body utilizes energy most efficiently during the morning. Skipping breakfast slows down your metabolism, probably.

  9. yes it is the most important meal of the day. start off your day with breakfast. you can however skip dinner or lunch if you want to diet. for me, i must take breakfast, without which, i would have a spliting headache throughout the day.
