It is difficult to remove eggs that are attached to plants. You can try to siphon the eggs out using a piece of plastic tubing ( the kind you run your airline with ). But this needs a very good eye (eggs are clear and very tiny) and is very time consuming, and is no guarantee specially if the eggs are adhesive and cling tightly to the bushes of plants.

Depending on the species of fish, the eggs of most are quite fragile, with the exception to this are the eggs of killifishes which are tough and can be handled.

To avoid this problem, I suggest you spawn your pair in a separate breeding tank with plants. After spawning, you can remove the pair. The eggs should hatch and the fry will become free swimming in about a week’s time. You can then easily transfer the fry, and use the spawning tank once again.

Why do people eat eggs with steak and eggs, but not chicken and eggs?

My BFF and some of our friends comtenplated this the other day. Why do people eat eggs with steak, bacon, sausage, chops, but you never see people eating eggs with chicken?

Too much bird for me, personally. But then again I’m not too much of a fan of steak and eggs; steak to me is just a dinner food (though a food I /adore/), and chops (I’m guessing you mean porkchops) I’ve never had with eggs.

Then again, look at McDonalds who is now trying to market a chicken sandwich for breakfast. Next another restaurant will do it but with an egg or something on top, or a slice of ham. That’d be way too much meat.

Just a weird combination to me. I do like chicken and boiled egg whites (I really despise the yellows. The consistency is gross to me for some reason) on a salad, but that isn’t all that’s there, you know? There’s always a bunch of greens, and cheese. I don’t think I could sit down with a plate of chicken and eggs. Then again, I’ve seen scallops with an egg on top on Hell’s Kitchen and that looks sort of gross. Eggs, unless boiled, to me should remain a breakfast food. Personal taste.

If chinese food is so bad for you then why are chinese people so skinny?

November 302009

I don’t get it, they say chinese food is loaded with calories and fat but when you walk into a restaurant the people are always so skinny. Am i missing something?

Chinese traditional food is in small portions about the size of the small noodle bowls not the huge servings that westerners eat.

How many calories in a crawfish sushi roll?

I have been searching everywhere. Counting calories and cannot find anywhere how many calories are in a crawfish sushi roll. Can anyone help!

If i recall correctly most sushi rolls have about 25 – 30 calories per piece. You dont have to be exactly accurate in counting calories, as long as you get a rough estimate its just as good. There have been more times than i can count that i dont know the correct term, so i approximate and its worked for me to lose near 50 pounds so far (5 oz short of 50)

So just approx that they have 30 cals a piece and go from there :)

Is it unhealthy to eat eggs for breakfast every breakfast?

Almost every breakfast I eat eggs with cheese on them, on a bagel.

It’s apparently quick and easy to make.
I only eat one egg.

Only if you eat more than 3 eggs in one breakfast.
one egg has about 70% DV of Cholesterol.

Any suggestions on how to run a successful bistro in a small town?

I know I need to cater to the the taste of the people but after the grand opening, how do i keep them coming back like Ruby Tuesdays or Fridays?

You have already addressed the menu. Hire people that exude personality. Be on hand to talk to your customers. Buy produce and goods from locals as much as possible. After you know your customer base , select appropriate music for that crowd. If there is no entertainment in your town , consider a music combo on Fri./Sat.Lovely bathrooms impress women.Change desserts often. Have different special for appetizers and entrees to add variety. Have one or two modestly priced salad / entree so everyone can afford to go. Good Luck.

How soon did you start walking and doing sit ups after a vaginal delivery?

I had a normal delivery although I did require cutting because my son was not coming through easily

but other than that totally easy delivery.

How soon did you start walking after the birth of your child?

How long did you walk?

How soon after delivery did you do stomach exercises to get your stomach back into shape?

What were the results of your efforts?

Ladies I know activity is limited after a c-section this question is directed more so to women who delivered vaginally.

Thanks!

I started walking a week and a half after my first, about 20-30 minutes. After 3 weeks I resumed running, but very easy until the bleeding stopped. I believe I started sit-ups around 6 weeks after, and weights as well.

After my second in June I have not had the time nor the energy to work out much. I am lucky to get to the gym once a week! But I have lost all of my baby weight, plus 5lbs.

Is there a dog food delivery company in your area?

November 302009

Please tell me your area (nearest major city and state) and..

If so, what brands do they sell? Or do they make their own?
How much do they charge?

If not, would you be interested in using one?

Would all natural, fresh "homemade" dog food be something you’re interested in?

Doing a bit of market research here… Thanks!

i live in pekin , indiana. it is about 35 miles to louisville, kentucky…and i do not know of any ..delivery service..in this area or in louisville. if it is an affordable food and the cost is reasonable i would consider it, as long as the ingredients are to my liking. the price would have to be in check because i have a mastiff and a rhodesian ridgeback…and would need a larger quantity than some people.
